Almost. Truggl is legally set up in Tunisia and Indonesia, so if you’re based in either one, you join as a full employee with national social security (CNSS in Tunisia, BPJS in Indonesia) and the statutory benefits that come with it. Anywhere else, you can still join as a contractor without those benefits, as long as your working day overlaps with our teams in both countries. Visa sponsorship isn’t available yet.

Hybrid means the office is there when you want it. The Tunis team has a space in Lac 2 for the days it suits you, and nobody counts how often you come in. The Indonesia team is fully remote and meets up to work from a shared space every so often.

It depends on the role. The default day runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tunisia time, and the Indonesia team can move its day earlier to fit local hours, as long as some days overlap with the rest of the team. Client-facing roles follow the clients, so some days lean toward San Francisco and others toward Europe. Any overtime is paid, with no exceptions, as long as it’s logged with HR.

Yes. The team has met up a few times so far, most recently in Tunisia, and the next one is planned for Indonesia, which takes some organizing with a team this spread out. Joining is always optional.

Public holidays follow the Tunisian or Indonesian calendar, depending on the team you join. When you’re sick, you take paid days off until you’re better. The monthly activity credit is reimbursed against a receipt for anything that gets you moving, from the gym to Muay Thai.

Good enough to hold a real conversation and write clearly, which is roughly a B2 level. It doesn’t need to be perfect, but it’s the language the whole team works in.

After we’ve read your application, there are two conversations: one about your work, and one about everything around it, like pay, hours, and what we expect from each other. Some roles add a paid test project or a trial period. Then we make an offer, and it’s yours to negotiate.
