Terms of use

These Terms of Use were last updated on October 1, 2026.

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using truggl.video, which truggl.com redirects to (the “Site”). Each section ends with a short summary to help you skim. The full text of each section is what applies.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Truggl, LLC (“Truggl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. You can reach us at contact@truggl.com.

Summary: Truggl, LLC runs this site, and one inbox reaches us.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Site, you accept these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and also applies to your use of the Site.

Summary: Using the site means agreeing to these terms, and our Privacy Policy comes with them.

3. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Site only. Every engagement with Truggl is governed by the signed agreement between Truggl and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

Prices, plans, and service descriptions on the Site are provided for information. They may change at any time and are not an offer. A price or scope becomes binding only when both parties agree to it in a signed agreement.

Summary: This page covers the website. Real commitments live in a signed agreement.

4. Changes to these terms and the Site

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

Summary: The site and these terms will evolve, and the date at the top tells you when.

5. Our content

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, animation, commercial videos, and code, are owned by Truggl or used under license. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, modify, republish, or distribute its content for any commercial purpose, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

Summary: Look around and share the link. Just don’t reuse the work as your own.

6. Our name and brand

The Truggl name, logo, and visual identity belong to Truggl. You may not use them in any way that suggests a connection with Truggl, or an endorsement by Truggl, without our written permission.

Summary: Our name and logo are ours, so please don’t borrow them.

7. Client work, logos, and testimonials

The commercial videos and other work shown on the Site were made for our clients. The finished work, and the brands and products it features, belong to those clients and appear on the Site with their permission. Client names and logos are trademarks of their owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply any endorsement beyond what is stated.

Every testimonial on the Site comes from a real person, is published with their approval, and reflects their own experience. Results described in testimonials and case studies depend on each client’s circumstances and are not a promise of future results.

If you believe any content on the Site is used without the right permission, including material that originated elsewhere, contact us at contact@truggl.com. We will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.

Summary: The work belongs to our clients and appears with their blessing. Every quote comes from a real person who approved it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • To gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems, or to disrupt them, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code.
  • To harvest contact details or other personal data.
  • To send unsolicited advertising or spam.
  • To frame the Site, or to present it or its content in a way that suggests a connection with Truggl that does not exist.

Summary: Use the site the way it’s meant to be used.

9. Scraping and AI training

You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to copy, extract, or mine content from the Site. You may not use the Site or its content to develop, train, fine-tune, or validate any artificial intelligence or machine learning system. This is an express reservation of our rights, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

This does not restrict search engines and AI search tools from indexing the Site and linking to or citing its pages in the ordinary course.

Summary: Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and cite us. Training models on our work is not.

11. Ideas and materials you send us

We are always glad to hear from you, but we do not accept unsolicited creative ideas, pitches, or proposals in confidence. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, anything you send us is not treated as confidential, and we have no obligation to use it, return it, or pay for it. We remain free to develop work similar to ideas we receive.

Summary: Send us anything you like, but unsolicited ideas aren’t confidential unless an agreement says so.

12. No reliance

The content on the Site is general information only, and it is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date.

Summary: The site informs. It doesn’t advise, and it isn’t a promise.

13. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truggl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Summary: The site is free to use, and our liability for it is capped at $100.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory protections you have under the law of the country where you live.

Disputes arising under a signed agreement with Truggl are resolved as that agreement provides.

Summary: Delaware law applies, and disputes go to Delaware courts.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, including as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Truggl about your use of the Site.

Summary: The standard fine print that holds the rest together.
