Truggl builds commercial video systems for B2B tech scaleups.

Once a company has validated product-market fit and a clear GTM strategy, its biggest lever is narrative. Whether the product is vertical SaaS or a complex fintech API platform, the narrative is the story the company carries and the reason buyers choose it. Commercial video is the most effective way to put that narrative in front of the market.

Truggl turns that narrative into a system that runs commercial video across every GTM channel:

• Launch momentum. A high-velocity calendar of campaigns that keeps the company in front of its market between releases.
• Feature-level video infrastructure. Commercial videos that prepare the ICP before the first sales call.
• Prospect education. Assets that shorten time-to-value and lift LTV.

How the Truggl system worksHow the Truggl system worksHow the Truggl system works

Truggl provides an embedded commercial video capability that handles strategy, production, and launch planning on an ongoing basis. Instead of treating video as a series of isolated projects, clients receive a structured system:

• Complete strategy and pipeline. Truggl owns the roadmap, campaign briefs, scripting, UI recreation, motion design, and sound design.
• Account-dedicated execution. Production runs on a dedicated team that stays on the account long-term, so product features and brand guidelines never need re-explaining.
• Measurable commercial assets. Commercial videos built for specific jobs in the funnel, each tracked against the metric it was built to move.
• Design library (Designer Heaven). Open access to the underlying design files, so internal teams can pull graphic assets, 2D elements, and UI builds directly into other marketing channels.
• Shared workspace. Full visibility into the production pipeline, final files, and performance metrics in one place, with no status meetings needed to stay current.

The commercial videos are the output. The system is the product.

A good production agency, given a real budget, will make a great video. That was never the problem. The real question is whether the video pays back the investment, and that takes the three mandatory pillars working at once. Production agencies miss one, two, or all three.

Consistency. The whole model is built around one project at a time. Their teams aren’t arranged to keep one company’s videos flowing all year, so the work stops when the project does. Truggl arranged its team around that flow.

Strategy. Their strategy lives at the level of the video: a strong script, sometimes a solid campaign brief. For video to pay off, strategy has to cover three levels: the plan for the year, each campaign, and each video. Agencies stay on the last one. Almost none own the first. Whether a video worked never gets tracked against the company’s own numbers, so the next one starts from zero.

Quality. Most agencies make genuinely good work, but the portfolio gives the problem away: the same touch runs through every video. That breaks the first rule of branding, that a brand should look like itself. Brand gets treated as colors and fonts, when it really lives in small decisions: the audience, the message, the kind of video. Every client ends up with the same video in different colors.

Across the market, one agency makes beautiful videos with little strategy and no steady flow. Another plans well, and the quality never catches up with the plan. Even where one pillar is strong, it rarely connects to the others: the quality isn’t built to serve the strategy, and the strategy doesn’t carry from one launch to the next. The industry isn’t there yet.

The companies that get it right, like Figma, Notion, Ramp, Anthropic, and OpenAI, run video as a discipline: a clear narrative, driven through a planned funnel, backed by a commercial engine underneath. Truggl turned that playbook into a system built to hold all three pillars together.

To drive real impact, the system requires momentum and complexity. Truggl is built for companies operating with one or more of the following dynamics:

• High-context products. Solutions that require meaningful explanation before buyers convert. A complex story cannot land in a single 60-second video; it requires a complete narrative infrastructure across the entire buyer journey.
• A dense commercial calendar. Product launches, feature updates, industry events, webinars, funding rounds, booths, and market expansions. Each milestone is a key category moment that deserves a planned campaign, executed ahead of schedule rather than rushed.
• High-friction post-signup curves. Products where core value sits deep inside the UI. Commercial video demonstrates utility before signup and accelerates time-to-first-value immediately after.
• Multi-product or multi-market complexity. Organizations balancing distinct sub-brands, product lines, or regional ICPs that require tailored messaging without diluting parent brand equity.
• High authority, under-leveraged reach. Brands that already command attention and category respect but are not yet extracting maximum leverage from that awareness.
• Active paid distribution. Teams already allocating ad budget to distribute creative, requiring a continuous supply of high-converting assets to sustain channel performance.

Truggl would take on every company that reaches out if it could guarantee results for all of them. It can’t, so it looks for five green flags before partnering up:

• Validated product-market fit. Truggl scales narrative systems that already work. If the product, target audience, or positioning is still shifting, commercial videos become obsolete before they ship.
• A 6-to-9-month GTM direction. Decided, though not necessarily written down. Truggl’s strategic runway operates months ahead, so if the direction pivots every few weeks, the momentum breaks.
• An established brand foundation. Whether it’s a 50-page brand book or a firm direction on visual identity and tone, Truggl builds on top of the brand rather than crafting it from scratch.
• A dedicated commercial owner. One point of contact with the authority to sign off and align on strategy. Without a clear owner, feedback loops stall.
• Leadership stability. A board reshuffle, a pending raise, or a sudden executive pivot can wipe out strategy overnight. Long-term performance needs stability to compound.

Some things look like dealbreakers but aren’t:

• No internal video team. Truggl operates as that function.
• Never run commercial video. No bad habits to unlearn. One intake form and one onboarding call, and the engagement is live.
• No ad budget. Most of the highest-converting assets sit on organic channels, the website, and inside product onboarding.

If one of the green flags is missing, Truggl says so on the first call and names exactly what to pin down first.

No, for Scale, Growth, or Enterprise engagements. Writing the video strategy is Truggl’s job, built directly on top of the company’s go-to-market (GTM) direction.

Yes, for Core or one-time projects. These options are production-only: the client provides the brief and the strategy, and Truggl executes to full production standards.

On the system tiers, strategic responsibility splits like this:

• What the company provides. A stable GTM direction, brand material, commercial goals, and product access. The client owns where the business is going, who it sells to, and what it is pushing over the next 6 to 9 months.
• What Truggl builds. The 3-to-5-month General Strategy document, every campaign brief, individual video directions, and launch plans. If foundational elements like positioning or ICP documentation are missing, Truggl studies and drafts them before strategy is locked.

From there, the client’s part is to align and approve.

Yes. The system is designed to run on a lean client team. Once the engagement begins, the client’s role narrows to three things, and one owner with 2 to 4 hours a week can carry all of them:

• Approvals. Staying close to the work through the shared workspace and signing off at defined checkpoints: script, storyboard, and final cut.
• Commercial visibility. Early notice of launches, events, and every milestone on the GTM calendar, so each campaign is built ahead of the moment it serves.
• Company context. Keeping Truggl informed as priorities, positioning, or products shift.

Some clients run the entire relationship through a single point of contact, managed remotely. Teams of every size operate the same way, because the role scales with decisions, not headcount, and the required sign-offs narrow as the track record builds. Lean, however, does not mean passive: timely approvals and early visibility are what keep the system moving at full speed.

Animation is the core of what Truggl produces. Truggl does not maintain an internal film crew. When a commercial engine requires real-world footage, such as customer case studies or founder messaging, live action is integrated into the production pipeline through two structured models:

• Vetted local partners. For customer case studies, live-action footage, or key leadership interviews, Truggl sources and manages vetted local production talent near the location. Truggl builds the entire creative blueprint: storyboards, visual direction, lighting standards, and interview frameworks. The local crew handles physical capture, while strategic direction, motion graphics, editing, color grading, and post-production remain strictly internal. Shoot budgets are passed through cleanly.
• Guided client capture. For single-camera executive updates or internal commentary, Truggl consults directly with client teams on framing, audio configuration, lighting, and performance. The raw footage is recorded by the client’s team and delivered straight into the post-production system.

All live footage flows directly into the central pipeline, ensuring complete visual and narrative alignment with animated and UI-driven assets.
